ABOUT US
OUR STORY
Inspired by Wong Hong Suen's Wartime Kitchen: Food and Eating in Singapore 1942 - 1950 and Julia Tay's wartimefoodsg.com, Wartime Tuckshop explores various recipes made by locals during the Japanese Occupation.
Through our workshops, we aim to bring local World War 2 heritage to life and make the past tangible to the younger generation through an immersive cooking experience.
